Dr. Matthew D. Wilkens began his career teaching middle and high school students, and every role since — head of school, superintendent across three continents, founder — has been informed by that ground-level view of what learners and teachers actually need.
Today he advises boards and executives through Meta Global Leadership and is channeling two decades of system leadership into OneGEN Academy, a next-generation micro-school network launching August 2027.
